The Town of Vienna Community Band is welcoming new musicians in all sections, especially clarinets, bassoons, oboes, and bass clarinets.
If interested, please attend any 6:00 pm rehearsal on Sundays at the Vienna Community Center (120 Cherry St SE, Vienna, VA).
Position on Covid
The Vienna Community Band has aligned our nominal COVID policy with those established by the Town of Vienna and Vienna Community Center, our host for rehearsals and indoor concerts. The Vienna Community Band continues to strongly encourage the following:
- Being fully vaccinated, including keeping up-to-date with CDC recommended booster shots
- Staying home when ill
- Continuing to follow a CDC guidance regarding masking based on the Fairfax County COVID-19 community level - https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/covid-by-county.html#:~:text=COVID%2D19%20Community%20Levels%20are,19%20cases%20in%20an%20area
