The Vienna Community Band rehearses Sundays at the Vienna Community Center
(120 Cherry Street, SE, Vienna, VA), from 6:30-8:30 PM with the exception of the following Sundays:
Membership is open, without audition, to adults in the Northern Virginia communities. Just bring your instrument and music stand.
Did you play in a band in high school and miss the music, the socialization, the fun? Come join us, no auditions required, no seat challenges, and you won't get kicked out for missing a rehearsal! The Vienna Community Band is always looking for new members. Everyone is welcome, all levels and abilities. Bring your instrument, a music stand, and your desire to play.
Adults who play a musical instrument suitable for a concert band are always welcomed as new members. We rehearse Sundays from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at the Vienna Community Center, 120 Cherry Street, SE, Vienna, Virginia.
An occasional Sunday may not have a rehearsal. There is never a rehearsal on the day of a concert, and there are no rehearsals in the month of August. For more information, please contact Stan Ellis.
